I lived here for 10 years and honestly, it felt like home from day one. The front desk (Helen is an absolute gem!!!), property ... management and maintenance crew are top-notch—super responsive, friendly, and they keep the building spotless. Any issue I had was handled quickly and professionally. The location is unbeatable. You get the best of both worlds: city energy with nature right outside your door. It’s just steps from the Metro, great restaurants, and local attractions, so everything you need is within walking distance. The apartment itself? Tons of space—way more than you’ll find in newer buildings. It’s a great value, especially if you appreciate room to breathe and a layout that actually makes sense. And the vibe? Neighborly without being intrusive. People are friendly, but you still have your privacy.
