Renters insurance is not required, but we strongly recommend it. It can help you repair or replace your personal property due to many types of damage or theft. Rental insurance ranges from about $12 to $20 per month and you are welcome to use any company you prefer. WC Smith property insurance will not cover your belongings.

2800 Woodley residents are only responsible for their cable / internet services.  WC Smith will handle all other charges.  All utilities are included at 2800 Woodley.

We have multiple ways to pay rent. You can pay through your online resident portal, or bring a check or money order to our leasing office.

Yes!  We love cats just as much as you and if well behaved, they are always welcome at 2800 Woodley.
